When providing repair cost estimates, I offer two options: the best and most expensive method that ensures proper restoration, and an alternative option that may be less expensive but may compromise structural integrity.
It is important to note that without knowing how a repaired piece will be used or treated, there are no guarantees for its longevity. However, based on my expertise, I can provide an assessment of the expected lifespan of a repaired item. It is important to remember that if the furniture did not come with a warranty at the time of purchase, whether recently or many years ago, I cannot offer a guarantee beyond what the original manufacturer provided.
Nonetheless, I assure you that I can provide my professional opinion on the recommended repair approach, estimated costs, and the expected durability under normal usage conditions.

MEET HARDY KING
Hardy King, the owner of Kings' Furniture Revival, has been in business since October 1996. Hardy's interest in furniture began in North Carolina in the early '70s while taking cabinetmaking courses in high school where he designed, built, and finished several pieces of furniture. Later, he salvaged an oak, swivel desk chair from the trash, which had been burned but had the potential to be renewed. Without a shop or equipment to build, this endeavor allowed him to continue working with wood and furniture, and thus began his lifelong interest in refinishing.
